Ms45.0 e60 not working (7&8 pin not connect) (unable update)

I cant get license for read or flash my ms45.0 e60, program throw error pin 7&8 not connect. I have cable from renovelo and switch to the left side.

When I try to update program then shows server connection not able. I have wrote email but any answer.

Whats going on? I have paid for ms45.0 license and I need working program or chashback
