Instructions for Requesting Support

In order for us to quickly provide quality technical support, please submit the following information in your post:
- Mobile device OS and version: (i.e. iOS 18.5)
- ByteFlasher version: (i.e. 1.0.4) <-- Can be found at the bottom of the main menu in ByteFlasher
- DME variant: (i.e. MSS54) <-- Can be found by looking at the sticker on your DME
- Detailed description of the issue: Please be as descriptive as possible and explain which events lead up to the issue. Please try to replicate the bug before submitting a post because this will increase the chances of us fixing it sooner.
