Hello, I'm used to tune up Hondas with Chrome using Ostrich, and also Hondata.
Now I get to help a friend to tune up one M3 E36. We are waiting just Ostrich get to start.
I wonder if it is possible to do DATALOG through software, and export to CSV format.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to datalog with our software yet. We've investigated the BMW diagnostic communication protocol, but it is extremely slow and inefficient (compared to the OBD2 protocol).

If this is an option that customers want in the future, we could possibly implement a 'pseudo' datalog feature which records the emulator response. This, of course, would require the use of the Ostrich 2.0.

Although our software doesn't have the option to datalog today, we haven't found it to be problem when tuning our shop car.
