Looking to purchase this software and have looked through the capabilities and am loving what im reading for actual tuning capabilities, but I haven't read anything about if the program can do things like disable unused codes or Adjust things like misfire count for injector disable?

that would have been smart to add! ms45.1

things like engine fan faults (its a race car so its not dme controlled)
environment temp sensor are some examples.

For MS45, ByteTuner has 100% complete map packs (over 5700 parameters for MS45.1). What this means is there is nearly infinite tuneability with ByteTuner. The issue will be trying to find the parameter(s) you need to accomplish your goal. We've only categorized one parameter for tuning misfires, but it controls how many cylinders to deactivate upon misfire detection. A quick search in the thousands of uncategorized parameters shows another parameter which disables all misfire related monitors. There are probably dozens more which allow tuning of the misfire algorithms. The same likely holds true for anything regarding the engine fans.
